Shipping and Delivery

We take the upmost care in delivering your creations. Your paper goods are hand produced and hand packaged, therefore we need to track their every move. To do this we charge a flat rate of $9.95 for deliveries within Australia. 

Shipping Options

Maybe at Dawn packages are shipped using Standard Delivery. Once sent your delivery will arrive pretty quickly, if you need it to arrive even sooner please notify us via email.

International Shipping

International Shipping is available however as our main client base within Australia we have not added International Rates to our site. Please email to get an indication of international shipping rates.

Shipping Restrictions

Your delivery will need to be sent to a physical address. We do not deliver PO Boxes.

Handling Time

Personal Stationery

Personal stationery orders are shipped within two days of placing an order. 

Wedding Stationery

Once your order is placed on our website we will contact you by email to confirm your wedding details. When we receive your details, we will contact you within three (3) business days with a digital proof of your stationery. As soon as this is approved we print your stationery and it is shipped to your door.

Please allow for up to three (3) weeks between the time you approve your digital proof and your stationery arrives. For more information on our printing process refer to our Wedding Invitation Planner.

 Wedding Albums

Once digital proofs are approved please allow roughly three (3) weeks for your order to be produced and shipped.
